How to Participate:
- Follow @buttery.my on Instagram. Like the Buttery Giveaway Instagram’s post and tag TWO friends.
- Participants may make multiple submissions to increase their chances of winning

- 1 Fig & Cashew Cake with Free delivery anywhere in Klang Valley
The following terms and conditions apply:
- 1. The Giveaway starts from 12pm 12 November 2021 to 5pm to 14 November 2021(Giveaway Period)
- 2. All submissions made after the Giveaway Period will be automatically disqualified.
- 3. Only submissions made during the Promotion Period will be considered for winner selection.
- 4. There is no restriction on the number of submissions each participant can make during the Giveaway Period.
- 5. Participants must be 18 years old and above in order to be eligible for a prize.
- 6. The lucky winners will be announced at 6 pm on 14 November 2021 via Buttery Instagram’s Post and on Buttery’s website (www.buttery.com.my/giveaway).
- 7. We will pick the winners from eligible entries based on random numbers and Buttery will announce the winners.
- 8. By participating in this contest, you expressly consent and undertake to have obtained the consent of the Buttery account holder, to the collection, processing, publishing, and sharing of your respective personal data. You also agree to cooperate and participate in any publicity activities including advertisement across all media, in its original or edited format, that may be organized by Buttery now or in the future, in the event that you are a winner of this contest.
- 9. All information published and related to the contest (including text, graphics, symbols, icons, software, and trademark) are protected by copyright and trademark and remain the sole property of Buttery logos shall remain the sole property of Buttery
- 10. Buttery reserves the right to change/temporarily discontinue the contest without prior notice.
- 11. Buttery reserve the right to disqualify any participants who violate the rules and regulations of the contest.
- 12. Buttery’s decision on all matters relating to the contest will be final and binding. No discussions, appeals, inquiries, or challenges will be entertained.

- 14. In the event of inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the contest, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
Winners Announcement and Notification:
- 1. The lucky Winners will be announced on 14 November 2021.
- 2. Buttery will announce the winners via Buttery Instagram’s Post and on Buttery’s website (www.buttery.com.my/giveaway)
- with the winners’ names.
- 3. Buttery reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without prior notice or withdraw/discontinue the contest at any time without notice or liability to any party.

Winner Announcement & Prize Fulfilment:
- 1. Winners will be announced on Sunday 14 November 2021 at 6 pm.
- 2. Prizes will be delivered directly to winners unless specified otherwise.
- 3. Details for the prize collection will be shared with the winner directly.
