Shipping Policy
At this current time, all our cakes are available for deliveries only within the Klang Valley. We schedule the deliveries within 24 hours of the desired delivery time. We allocate a 2-hour delivery window in case of any unexpected delays but we do strive to get the order to you as soon as possible. Please do note the delivery window that you've chosen and please be sure that you or someone you trust is around to receive the deliveries.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the buyer such as an incomplete address, incorrect contact number, or any other incorrect details provided by the buyer. Should delivery be attempted to the specified shipping address and no one happens to be present at the time of delivery nor respond to the calls or messages, an additional fee of RM30 will be charged for redelivery.
All deliveries will be handled by independent third-party delivery services such as GoGet, Lalamove, etc. Please note delays may happen due to rainy weather or heavy traffic. We are not responsible for the behavior, negligence, conduct, actions, or inactions on the part of the rider/ driver of the third party delivery services. However, if you believe that our third-party delivery services have mishandled your package please let us know, and we will gladly file a complaint on your behalf.
You may cancel your order up until 24 hours before the delivery date you have selected. We will refund the amount paid in the form of in-store credits for your next purchase.
